Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or fulfilment begins. Once an order has been packaged or dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled or changed.

Contact us immediately after ordering if you need to request a cancellation.

Refunds and Replacements

A refund or replacement may be considered where:

• The wrong product was supplied

• An item arrived damaged

• Products are missing from the order

• A confirmed product-quality issue is found upon delivery

Please contact us within seven days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

This reporting period does not affect your statutory rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Where applicable under UK consumer law, unopened and unused products may be returned within the relevant cancellation period.

Products must remain in their original packaging with all safety and tamper-evident seals intact. Opened, used, altered, contaminated, or incorrectly stored products cannot normally be returned due to product-integrity and safety requirements.

All returns require prior approval.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Contact us if your order appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period. We will investigate the shipment with the courier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, government restrictions, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Delivery charges, customs fees, taxes, duties, return postage, and third-party costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Perseverance Peptide or a refund is required by law.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, failure to collect, unpaid customs charges, or refusal of delivery may have shipping, return, and handling costs deducted from any approved refund.

Payment Disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue fairly.
