Shipping and Processing

Order Changes and Cancellations

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Returns

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery where UK consumer cancellation rights apply.

Opened, used, contaminated, improperly stored, or altered products cannot normally be returned due to product integrity and safety requirements.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Refunds
